Dr. Ebone Smith is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WE ARE R.I.S.E. Inc., where she leads a transformative girls mentorship program in South Los Angeles. Through her work, she trains mentors and develops culturally responsive programming that empowers Black and Brown girls to build confidence, strengthen social-emotional skills, and thrive.

With a background in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.), Dr. Smith is dedicated to supporting youth and families of color in cultivating healthy relationships and strong foundations for lifelong growth.
